Lake of Dreams—Wynn Resorts, Las Vegas

In 2005, Michael worked with Wynn resorts and director Kenny Ortega to create the Lake of Dreams show, a one-of-a-kind outdoor spectacle to coincide with the opening of the Wynn Las Vegas resort. This show, which is still running, incorporates a 45-foot tall, 90-foot wide waterfall, 4,500 programmable LED lights under the lake, and state-of-the-art projection and robotics to create a series of nightly shows that bring music and spectacle together twice hourly for restaurant and resort guests. The 32-foot wide frog has been a fan favorite, singing songs by Frank Sinatra and Louis Armstrong. MCD was pleased to mount entirely new shows for the Lake of Dreams during the Pandemic in 2020.
