Our process accommodates all aspects of show development, from first idea through opening night. Our in-house design and production teams are made up of over 60 highly specialized artists, designers, technical consultants, and fabricators who are capable of bringing any creative vision to life.

Concept Design is the first step in our process. In this blue sky phase, we explore all the creative angles of a project to find the perfect fit, expanding narrative and audience expectations, and finding innovative ways to deliver excellence.
After an idea has been explored, it moves into Production Design, where the vision becomes reality. Our Production Design team works in parallel with our Concept Design and Fabrication teams.
Finally, the project moves to our Fabrication Department, where our team of over 60 talented artists bring the vision to life.
