Michael included his entourage of Tapestry of Nations puppets from Disney’s Epcot 2000 into the 600 performer spectacle. The show featured a 90’ tall Sage of Time puppet that rose to the top of the stadium full of human flyers.


This classic tale is retold through innovative ethereal puppetry. Small and large scale creatures are utilized for a fantastic effect. Only the Metropolitan Opera could do this beautiful staging from Julie Taymor.


The intense world of emotion and spectacle are explored in this award winning opera. Julie Taymor and Michael curry create a world of tormented and enchanted characters set upon Japanese Butoh Dance from Min Tanaka.


Michael has been involved in many huge spectacles. The spirit of the south was conveyed with Giant Puppetry, costume and movement.


A tribute to the color and textures of the world. 120 giant puppets parade around the huge Epcot lagoon as the sun sets and begins a huge evening spectacle.


An amazing world of undersea is presented over head through costumes puppets and stagecraft.


A show that delivers a portayal of the outrageous life and times of Ludwig II. The world of his fantasies and his troubles are rendered with splendid costume, puppetry, and illusionistic stage design.


The creation of a world of animal spirits was achieved by pairing actors with their animal guides. This very effective method of sub-text was created that helped further a very difficult story.
